We are not Amazon — and we’re proud of it.

Every item is made and packed with care by hand. That means we don’t rush your products through a factory or warehouse — they are blended, poured, labeled, and blessed with intention.

  • 💫 Average processing time: 7–10 business days

  • ⏳ Possible delay window: Please allow 2–4 weeks for fulfillment during high volume, restocks, or seasonal transitions

  • ✨ You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way

🌍 Shipping Carriers

We ship through USPS and UPS to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and distance from our rolling apothecary home. Occasionally we offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions — keep an eye on your inbox!

Not everything we offer comes in a box 📦

If you’ve purchased a digital download, class, or virtual consultation, there’s no shipping required.

  • ✨ Digital items are delivered via email or direct download link

  • 💻 For consultations, you will receive a confirmation email with scheduling options and access instructions

🕊️ Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the postal service. While we cannot control shipping delays, we will always advocate for you.

If your order is taking longer than expected or appears lost:
